This charming craftsman-style house features a large family room with a fireplace, a cozy breakfast nook, and a formal dining room.  It has a two car garage, covered front porch and back porch for relaxing outdoors, and an optional guest bedroom upstairs.  You’ll love the warming up in the sun on the private balcony off the master suite.  The unfinished attic can be converted into an extra bedroom, game room, or teen lounge area down the road.  If you’d like to modify or add to this design, we are happy to customize any plan to suit your specific needs!


Most plans come with 2×4 exterior walls, this plan is offered with optional 2×6 exterior walls for colder climate conditions.

This plan comes in a reverse layout.
