Hello! Welcome to our new website!
To those of you that are new to us we all say Welcome! It is great to have you here. We are dedicated to our work and take great pride in producing well planned, cost effective, and beautiful homes. Customer service and getting you what you want to have is our top priority.
To those of you that are returning (and we have a lot of those!) Welcome back! We have many new features added to help you navigate through the plans available. The search engine is going to be the most useful as we continue to grow the number of plans available. There are currently about 60 plans online. We have developed 70 more that are nearly ready to go and expect to roll out a few more each week. Other new plans are being created all the time! We have over 200 more home designs on our list for getting website ready. Some of the other new features we have are the ability to directly purchase plans online, login to track your purchases and likes, and communicate directly to us through the site. There are many more features and I anticipate that over time we will expand the site into new areas. It is quite an adventure!
We also have more information about our process and what we can do. We are custom designing homes all across the country these days. Many of these are customized versions of existing home plans. More and more these days are true start from a list and blank paper custom designs. We welcome these! We love meeting clients face to face but have found that the process works equally well by phone and email. We have recently completed homes like this on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville, and Utah to name a few. We work with a number of custom builders across the country also, helping them with developing a line of homes to sell, and customizing them to their clients needs.
We would love to hear about any feedback you might have on the website. We would like to make it as user friendly as possible.
We have spent a year planning and a couple months implementing our new site. It has been quite a process! Jason Peck , our web guru, has been awesome to work with in getting this all together. Thank you so much for all your help Jason!
